Sample Experience Information

Selecting the Sample Experience entails receiving a free edited video crafted from the information and video files you provide. However, please note that these are samples, so don’t expect me to create a entire documentary for you. After you’ve completed the Customer Order Form, an email will be sent to you, containing a link to your Dropbox account along with a direct link for communicating with your editor. This Dropbox account is where you will submit the video files you want edited. This process enables you to gain a comprehensive understanding of what it would be like to work with me on your videos.

Paid Experience Information

When you choose the paid experience and submit the Customer Order Form, you’ll receive a link to your Dropbox account. After you’ve sent the video files through the Dropbox account, our editor will provide you with a quote.

In your Dropbox account, there’s also a direct link available for you to communicate with your editor. Feel free to use this link for any questions, discussions, or changes you’d like to make to your videos.

By accessing and engaging in the Sample Experience provided by Our Creation Studios located in Georgia, users are bound by the subsequent terms and conditions. The Sample Experience comprises a 30-second edited video, created using the video files provided by the user. This offers a preliminary opportunity to preview the quality and style of our editing services before committing. It’s important to note that all Sample Experiences are marked with watermarks to discourage unauthorized video usage. For users electing to proceed with our paid video editing services, we offer estimated prices that may vary based on project specifics. In this arrangement, a $20 non-refundable down payment will be required if the customer chooses to proceed after receiving the estimated cost. This down payment will be subtracted from the final project cost. The remaining balance will be invoiced and must be settled before the final edited video is delivered. Our Creation Studios retains a no-refund policy for the down payment under any circumstances, a policy acknowledged and accepted by users. During both the Sample Experience and paid editing services, users are explicitly prohibited from using the provided content for commercial purposes or distributing edited videos without obtaining the necessary licenses and permissions for any included content. However, users are granted the permission to share a link to their video on their own website for showcasing purposes, allowing them to demonstrate their work. Our Creation Studios reserves the right to utilize links to YouTube channels or related content on its website for promotional and illustrative purposes, showcasing its range of work. Importantly, Our Creation Studios cannot be held liable for any data loss, damages, or consequences arising from the use of the Sample Experience or paid services. Users understand that these experiences are provided “as is” and without warranties or guarantees. By participating in the Sample Experience or submitting the $20 non-refundable down payment for paid services, users acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Our Creation Studios retains the authority to modify or terminate the Sample Experience offering and paid services at its discretion. These terms are subject to the laws of Georgia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Georgia’s courts.
